Collected from the high latitude mountains from the FuJian -China. The tea trees were grown in rural mountain area, untouched by pollution.
In the early spring, the time between Feb to March. Tea farmers pluck the youngest tea leafs on the old tea trees at the sunrise, right before the sunlight touches the tea tree. It involved a very important step for the white tea process, which is the natural sun dry! So it delivers you the scent of the nature while you are drinking it.
How Does it Taste?
The white tea is nearly non-fermented and processed. It contains the most nutrients in the tea leafs. It is very pure with a refreshing orchid scents. This tea offers a subtle sweetness.
