Jin Jin Mei (Golden Eyebrow) is one of the top graded black teas originated from Wu'er mountain in Fujian province. The tea trees are grown on the mountain 1200-1800 meters above sea level, untouched by pollution.
The Golden Eyebrow was made from the small tea tree leafs with the highest black tea production technique. The leafs are small and tight in the color of gold, yellow and brown. If we look carefully, we will see the fur or the golden dust in the tea.
Golden Eyebrow contains the aroma of the sweet forest. The natural Golden Eyebrow leafs are plucked from the bushes grow near the rocks. Therefore, it is mineral rich and it has the benefit of anti-oxidation.
Recommendation
Place 6g-8g of Golden Eyebrow into the small tea cup, steep 9 seconds in 75ºC water.
